Ahhh, the "Goat Girls" . . . these ladies have been up for a poster a few times. Originally, I created them for one of my favorite bands - Morphine. I have seen Morphine a few times, the first was at the Fillmore. Saddly, Mark Sandman, the lead singer, died in Italy weeks before the show in SF.
I used the girls, but not the background for a poster show of 30 famous 60s and current Fillmore, etc. poster artists at the Great American Music Hall. But the golds and reds didn't work so well with the goat girls.
So when I proposed to use it for Neil Finn, a fabulous Kiwi you might know from Crowded House and The Split Enz, I felt they had found their true musical home.
